Thank you for taking the time to explain the parts and how to assemble. You’d be amazed how many people just getting started need all the help they can get!
I run that exact same set up when I use a gun curtesy of all pro 🤟🏿 but not gonna lie lately I’ve been slapping the m5 on my dn10 ball valve I get tired of holding the trigger after a few hours great video bruth keep up the great content 🔥🔥🔥
great break down! i'm curious, is the XJET M5 nozzle the same as the DS Twist nozzle? If no, what is the difference? I just modified my XJET M5 to be a softwash system but I want to further it like you have with the 2 tip combo..
@@tonydavis2110 there's some good videos on RUclips explaining the process. Search for "xjet m5 gun mod" and they should pop up. TLDR; You basically take the X-JET M5 apart so that one piece is at the beginning of your gun, followed up by the wand, and the M5 nozzle at the end of your gun. And the reason you'd want to do this is to get rid of the mist the xjet produces and reduce the pressure.
Hey brother, like the video. I see that the M5 lets you change between fan and straight and the shooter tip is just a tighter stream. My question is how do you shoot soap? The j-rod is two soap, and two rinse tips so is it the same for this setup? Thank you.
See this is the exact reason I like my jrod. If I use this set up, JUST so I can rinse... I have to either stop and go all the way back to the rig to pull my chem line or shut bypass off... or I have to spend an extra $550 on a remote bypass. Or you can just switch tips in literally 7 seconds.
So this setup is suited best for downstreaming? Would you recommend something for just rinsing with my 2gpm pressure washer? I built a 12v to softwash my vinyl siding and roof, wondering if there is any super efficient rinse nozzle I should be looking into beyond the standard tips, thanks.

I was one of them
I’m about to start a pressure washing gig on the side and this a great set up! I’m getting it .
Are you using that gun setup on a softwash system or are you downstreaming with it
Nice build & I love this set up!! Thanks for the link!!
Me too man. Thanks for sharing it originally!
I got the same setup but u gotta make sure on the shooter tip is the right gpm for ur pressure washer if 4gpm or 8gpm
Are you using a dedicated softwash system with that gun?

I’m going to have to try the DN10 thing!
@@DFDZig u want regret it unless u drop it while down streaming and it sprays an expensive plant or something which has happened to me 😅
@@dredre9324 lol damn
Are you using this on a soft wash or pressure wash system?
Do u have to use the down stream
Dude, are you doing batch mixing with surfactant and SH? Or just straight SH?
What gun are you using
Will a m5 3-7 gpm nozzle work with a 2.4 gpm pressure washer
No parts available . .? Says page not found..😔
What is the size an length of the pipe to the m5 twist
Will the M5 soap and rinse ?
Are you running that off of pressure, washer or 12 V pump?

How did you do that

The M5 pulls soap just like your Jrod...but it always pulls if you have your soap hose in the bucket. I use a bypass
@@DFDZig got it. Thank you for the response.
How would I go about rinsing with this setup if I downstream out of a 5 gal bucket so that I do not pull soap?
Either get a bypass for the downstream injector or just pull the soap hose out of the bucket.
Yeah buddy!!!
Wishing I ordered one sooner!
how is the fog and over spray?
will this work on 2000-3000 psi pressure washer.
So when you switch the m5 to 0 degrees does it stop pulling the chemical?
No it’s not like the j rods. You would stop the soap using a electric valve system like the Flo pro for example

I downstream and rinse with this gun set up
@@DFDZig which one pulls soap and which one rinses?
@@dustinjohnson2116 both will pull. I have a DS Bypass.
@@DFDZig oh ok thx. Anyway to do that on a 4gpm
This is for using on a 12v system correct?
No this is on my 8GPM
@@DFDZigwhat psi pressure washer is that? Trying to get into washing and there's so many different setups lol
Does the M5 matter as in GPM? I have a XJet for a 3.5gpm just wondering if I can use pieces from it
Yes it does, they sell 3 different M5DS depending on your gpm.
What if you need high pressure? Do you use a different nozzle
Yes
Where did you get the Davis shooter tip and the holder?
In the description
How many gallons of chemical you use on a house like this?
How much did this setup cost you ?
How many feet?
Do I able do this with 4gpm?
Yes absolutely. Just make sure to buy the components in the 4gpm form and the nipple I linked will work as is.
And what is that blue on your set up?
Looks like thread sealant around the Teflon tape.. helps the threads screw in farther for a better connection
Is you using 8 gpm
Yep
But now i got that AR45 and red gun 3 stories all day
What is a "red gun"?
