The variegated Americana is not as hardy. I almost lost mine. I was able to salvage a small piece and it’s re rotting. It was huge and now it looks like a pup although it’s the main plant I saved.

Hi Josie! I’ve yet to replace my Americana after losing both a green and albo. Sucks, because they are one of my favorite agaves. But NTX weather ain’t the same anymore. Thanks for watching!
