    A great way for showing sparkle on video is to just shine a flashlight (torch) at it. It really does show better on camera that way. Hope it helps.

    Wow! So happy to see Kuretake refreshing and extending these great brush pen markers! And the Wink of Stella refills are brilliant as well.
    I’m taking this opportunity to comment on the glorious jellyfish stamp: I’m tempted to cut the tentacles off of mine and separate them in order to get more movement. I suggest Lavinia design multiple heads and multiple tentacle shapes. Maybe do the same for the mermaids?
    Lavinia Stamps is such an exciting force in the fine art mixed media world! And an economic boon for Wales! Never sell out and lose that locally based independence.

    Hello from across the pond! I have a smaller set of the pens. They are fun to use! You have a wonderful calming voice for RUclips and explained everything very well! Thanks so much.

    Are these pens the same thing as the Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens in the USA that comes in up to 80 colors? My set of 36 are made in Japan under the Brand Zig and as made by Kuretake. They come in sets of various numbers and colors. If so, maybe the ones I just found in my old stash still selling on Amazon with a maximum set up to 80 colors, and selling open stock might add the extra 10 colors you have in your new release. The whole set can be pretty expensive for the average person, so their selling open stock is a real blessing. Thank you for showing how they can be used! I was hoping to use them in Millie Marotta's Mini Edition of Curious Creatures, but they bleed through. Watercolor paper is recommended by reviewers here. A lot of our coloring books for pencil are down grading their paper to super smooth, without tooth and thinner than the paper in earlier editions. Makes it impossible, to follow coloring tutorials done in the original books, which is very frustrating. Thank you for showing all the different ways these pens can be used.

    I have always found that dabbing wink of stella on a watercolor ink will make the ink run. Do you find that? How would you stop it? Set it first?

    The pens are nice, I use tombow now but I might try set one to compare the two and see what I like best.

    i recently gotten the 120 set and was thinking of getting more, do you know if they already have the any of 3 different sets of 30 in them or are they all different?

      It would appear that the colours cross over into other packs. So as you already have the 120 pack you will find some of those colours in the smaller packs too. I hope this helps. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps🧚‍♀️

    Is ink in Kuretake Clean Colour Real Brush Pens lightfast?

    • @LaviniaStampsVideos
      @LaviniaStampsVideos  3 месяца назад

      Hi Lovely - Thank you for your question. The inks in the pens are water-based, water-soluble and not permanent. They are dyes and so therefore are not lightfast. I hope this helps. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps🧚‍♀️
