I can't believe he is giving speech in a school ! He once said schools and colleges in India are there to supply students to IVY leagues in the USA ! We are a land of Nalanda universtiy where people from all over the world came to get education. More importantly, Nalanda university had a major role in making then India an economic and science superpower. Mr Tharoor needs a lesson on what is called good education and what is the role of a good school and college is in uplifting the whole society and in nation building. You can run separate coaching classes for IVY league admissions:)
