I have no idea why I’m enjoying the two songs I’ve heard so far from her, but she definitely has some intelligent lyrics. It’s a breath of fresh air for what I would say is a pop like genre (very much not in my top five of musical tastes) but I can appreciate good music, singing and lyrics.

Exactly describes my last three serious relationships over 6 years. Last one ended April 2021. Have been single for 9 months and working on myself and healing. So in the future when I am ready to date, I'll be able to accept the red flags for what they are.

No no no no that's not how indian parents do it. GENERALLY, they would not allow their children to date, no talk of sex, sex ed. I mean they are very caring but very vary of anything related to sex, sexuality, gender, anything of that sort. Once you reach a certain marriageable age, they ask you to meet your potential partner they have selected, sorted, (basically become detectives themselves) gone through the whole process. You meet them, if it goes well, you are married to that person in a huge wedding ceremony of 5-7 days.

Most of the words and the theme of the song is simple enough to have wide appeal, but it's also clever and different in a lot of ways too.
