Baby Food Apple - 3 Easy & Yummy Apple Puree Combinations

Baby food apple is a perfect first food for babies. We share baby food apple combinations in 3 ways. Baby food apple and banana are a good combination. They are rich in nutrients & taste so delicious. Baby food with apple and rice can be given to babies from 6 month. Baby food apple cinnamon is also a perfect combination.
You can introduce apple for 4 month old baby. You can make very smooth puree for 6 month baby food apple puree. For 7 month baby food apple you can increase the texture.
Please follow this step by step for homemade apple baby food :
Recipe 1 Baby Food Apple Puree (Baby Food Applesauce)
Ingredients :
1 Apple
How To:
Peel and Wash the Apple
Chop the Apple into cubes
Apples are a popular baby food
They have a sweet taste and yummy :)
Place the Apple in a steamer basket
Cover & Steam for 8 - 10 minutes or until tender
Alternatively, you may also boil the Apple
Use a scan amount of water to retain the apple nutrients
Cook until the Apple fork tender
Transfer the steamed apple to a blender
Add the cooking liquid
Blend them until the right consistency
Apples are a great source of fiber and easy to digest
Apples contain antioxidants and rich in Vitamin C
You can add a pinch of cinnamon for more flavor
Recipe 2 Baby Food Apple Banana
Ingredients :
1 Apple (diced)
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup of water
How To:
Peel and Wash the Apple
Add the Apple & water to a saucepan
Turn on the heat
Cover & cook for 10 minutes until tender
Apples and Banana are good for an immune booster
Transfer the cooked apple to a blender
Add the cooking liquid
Blend them until the right consistency
Peel the Banana then mash it
Combine the apple and banana
Recipe 3 Baby Food Apple Rice
Ingredients :
1/2 Apple (diced)
1 tbsp rice (rinsed)
3/4 cup of water
How To:
Add rice, water, and apple to a saucepan
Cover & cook for 10 minutes until tender
Stirring occasionally
Transfer them to a blender
Add the cooking liquid
Blend them until the right consistency
Rice & apple doesn't cause any allergies
You can also combine the Apple rice with a Banana
