I guess we should use jaggery for sweetness as it does not have any side effects and good for digestion also.

if you’re using whole or broken samba rava, you can grind and use.
If it’s fine or coarse, you can cook directly ( without grinding )..

Hi Shazzu :), soak the rice for 20 to 30 minutes and grind. The easiest way is to soak the previous night ( if you don't want to wait in the morning ) :)

To use dry dates, soak them overnight ( or for 4 hours minimum ) and use for these recipes ..

Try finger foods with bread, roti, vegetable and fruit pieces :)
