Love the video. I preface this saying this is a total wild ass guess. But since these new M1A2 SEPv3 tanks don't have unit identification on them and there are not any scheduled moves to Europe (Majority of standard rotations took place in May-June). I think these may be destined for Army Prepositioned Stock-2 (APS-2) Coleman in Mannheim, Germany possibly replacements for their tanks which were transferred to APS-2 @ Powidz, Poland.
