Thanks for sharing my

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve shared anything on here, but I think this is my green light to begin again. Thank you Sharecare for sharing my eczema story for #eczema Awareness month!
For those who don’t know my journey, I have been living with #atopicdermatitis for almost 30 years now! I have gone through topical steroids withdrawal (TSW) and Dupixent, however for the past 3 years have been medicine FREE.
Through my faith and consistency in action steps, I have been able to manage my flare ups to a point where my eczema is not a thought or a worry. I went from being completely covered in eczema 90% of the time to only being affected 5% during my WORST times. Big big difference.
All I know is that I’m grateful for the journey that has led me to this point. I’m grateful for my relationships and eczema community who continue to love me with or without my eczema. And I’m grateful to God who continues to guide me during my healing.
