I finally think I get the last line. The idea is that the thing we thought was the horse, the one to whom the horseshoe crab stuck, over which it domineered, was never the one in power. Rather is was the horse that clung to the 'shoes' and relied on them.

I think the theme is that we have aspirations that are different than what they appear. The leopard gecko, the dinosaur chicken nuggets, the horseshoe crab, and the horse revealing he always wanted to be a barnacle which makes the horse and horseshoe crab a perfect match.
Keep doing what you do Watsky. Don't hate the haters, but don't acknowledge them either. Your poetry and music are by far the most entertaining stuff I've listened to in a long time. You're very talented and deserve every bit of success that comes your way.

yes he did hurt someone. but he also maned up to it and apologized and also spent time with the people at the hospital. i am a major fan of his work and think he is a good person. i believe he will learn from his mistakes.... also i believe he should at least help the people he injured...

I was competing at Brave New Voices when he performed this for the first time! There was a food truck at the competition a couple days before (it was a 4 day long event), and I was in line right behind him. My coach struck conversation with him and we got to talk to him. He kept asking us where he could find adult heelies, and we were really confused. When he ended up using the heelies, we finally knew what he was talking about! Crazy.

Came here to listen to some watsky, just to see a vast amount of hate being flung at him and I'm pretty sure the ones saying it don't even know anything about him.. Yes, I will admit, that what he done was slightly stupid, jumping from that height was obviously a tad bit far, but to receive such hate for a single mistake is notably wrong. You can tell that he was caught up in the moment, not thinking straight and took an idiotic leap. Though, I'm sure all of us have made stupid mistakes. I know I've made many. Some of which that have hurt people. You can tell that he regrets his actions, people need to back off with the hate. It may not mean anything watsky and will most likly get lost within the sea of hate right now. Though, I still love you and you'll always be an inspiration to me.
