Agreed bro, but this also was in the golden era where you had to be creative to sound better and look better than the competition and also not gamelag which was hard to do considering we were 8-bit at the time. This Kirby game was and still is my favorite. NES has so many game titles that secretly went hard as a bitch either for their soundtrack or story & gameplay or both if you got lucky.
This game was a big part of my Childhood. I remember constantly playing it when I was younger. I didn't got far though, due to the fact that the game wouldn't save my progress and that I was quite bad at it. But I remember getting all the way to the Sun and Moon fight. I finished the game 100% only recently and I'm quite happy about that, as it was something I would've never be able to do when I was a child. Also, this was the first game I cursed at

You can get the UFO bug by releasing power-up when getting hit or releasing power-up when exiting stage. I haven't heard of it being possible with the way you described.
I'm convinced that this game has to be one of the more technically impressive games the NES ever had.
It almost looks like an snes title.
I think it comes from the third generation of the NES
Indeed it was a late bloomer coming out in 93 when the SNES was already out.
@@bubblegumxo and with some extra ram + work ram + MMC3. These chips helped it achieve a technical feat for the grey tank.
One of the best looking NES games for sure. Absolute classical must play
“So anyway I started blasting” 0:19
Why do all of the songs in this game go so hard
Kirby music is a mix of march, jazz, pop, and occasionally klezmer, which are all energetic genres with enough variety to keep it from getting stale.
@@LieseFuryklezmer?
It just does imo
@@LieseFury You're forgetting classical. A lot of the melodies sound out of a chorale.

Even Kirby isnt immune to the power of TAS wall clips!!!
Hero of lore. If you know you know
i wonder how this "keep ufo" bug is triggered, i thought it was "take damage and move through door" but he triggers it without doors...

Wow, the speedrunner's such a lucky guy.
It's a TAS'er is not a speedrunner

Kirby Nightmare in Dream Land
Is TAS impossible without UFO?
Not at all. The game can be completed with any copy ability. UFO just makes things faster, and the author was going for a speed record.
How are you taking damage without losing your copy abilities?
The UFO glitch is triggered by pressing Select while getting hit.
Wheels got me laughing
Rude, other kirby keeps telling him to push A
