Started meditating again and thought this one was a good place to start, as i feel like my chakras are unbalanced. It was quite difficult, but i will be back tomorrow morning 😊

I was wondering if you could do something for teenagers in form of stories and imagination to help them regulate emotions. 🤗 Also can you let me know if you have any chakra balance yoga evening practice. I keep following you and whenever I can I listen to your posts and sometimes replay them. I am so grateful that you are doing this and I am able to follow some of your practices. 🙏
This probably sounds weird but I just started meditating and sometimes I get scared when I keep my eyes closed for long periods of time. Not all the time but sometimes it feels creepy only way I can describe it. Also get flashes of stuff, I don't know maybe just me tripping myself out
