Congratulations🎉 Natural labor is so raw and so real. I screamed too and threw up during my contractions. Thought about and tuned into all the ancestors who had to go through natural labor during my contractions and had so much appreciation and respect because I now understood the pain they had to endure.
It's really cool to hear about your birth story from your perspective, and the fact that you've experienced 2 kinds of births. I had my son natural by choice, and I'm very lucky my birth plan went as I planned. I could totally see why birth can be traumatic for so many people when things don't go the way we've planned it for so many months

OMG that sounds like my 3rd delivery!!! I was dilated and effacing days before but no contractions. Then the day of delivery the contractions went from 0 to 100 within minutes and felt like sledge hammer on my back. Got to the hospital and begged for an epidural but they dragged their feet. I remember the moment I felt my baby drop into my pelvis and feeling my pelvis open up and I looked at my husband and said "she's coming" very calmly and I stopped fighting it. I didn't push but I didn't hold her in I just trusted the contractions and let my body do its thing. My husband grabbed the doc and when he checked, my daughter's head was halfway out. From contraction to delivery it was 54 minutes. I'll never forget that experience.
Not me crying when i heard Chia’s screams during the 2 pushes & when Tim was staring at baby Q lovingly 😭😭😭 im still teary-eyed. You’re such a strong woman, Chia!

After having 3 miscarriages I got pregnant with my son. I didn’t gain any weight and at 9 months I actually had lost half a pound because he was a back baby and I had morning, noon & night sickness. Dr said he would be about 5-6 lbs. I was in labor for 3 & 1/2 days, dr had to break my water and I had him completely natural. He weighed 8lbs 2oz. Lol. With my 2nd miracle rainbow baby I went into labor as soon as the guns started going at midnight on New Year’s Day. He ripped me from hole to hole. Epidural didn’t work, contractions going off the chart and finally baby boy came @ 12:33pm weighing 8lbs 15oz. Took 45 minutes to see me up and hell yes I told the Dr to put extra stitches. He was the 1st baby born in our whole county on 01-01-01. Congratulations on your new blessing. Such a beautiful family 🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻. (Sorry so long. Lol) 🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻🌹

I recently just had my first baby.. and when I tell you I share the same feeling of never wanting to feel the pain. I went in wanting an epidural. I got induced which caused me to start laboring super fast. My contractions were 2 minutes apart I felt contractions for a whole hour before getting my epidural… there’s no way I ever want to experience the whole birth without it 😂😂.. Ughh makes me nervous for when I decide to have my second baby. Congrats on being a trooper and having a healthy baby.
To be fair, pitocin contractions are much stronger! If you got through those, im sure you could handle natural contractions 😁 Anywho’s, congratulations mama!!!

I have adults man and woman , neither of my children was born with epidural. I now have a grandson a piece by both my children. Time flies by so quickly. Enjoy it while you can. It won't last as long as you want. I cried as if it was my own two children.

Congrats! I remembered with my first child, my epidural wasn’t working so I felt the PAIN. Doctor had to give me a 2nd epidural while I was in so much pain from the contractions! And the epidural still didn’t work too well for me! It was a painful experience but so worth it! With my 2nd child when the doctor asked when I want the epidural I said right now please! And it worked with my 2nd child and I was in Zen. I just push whenever the doctor told me to push and had a very easy and painless labor compared to the first.
Shut out all the women who don't have any Support and who are doing this all by themselves? Just wanna pray for them because this is a really hard process. Such a blessing to have a great supports system including the father being very loving and supportive.
You are great parents and I know you will do great with those two…. Veyda is a gal and as a sister it just goes naturally that she loves her brother like that, so cute. We were created that way , congrats 🎊

Congrats! I remembered with my first child, my epidural wasn’t working so I felt the PAIN. Doctor had to give me a 2nd epidural while I was in so much pain from the contractions! And the epidural still didn’t work too well for me! It was a painful experience but so worth it! With my 2nd child when the doctor asked when I want the epidural I said right now please! And it worked with my 2nd child and I was in Zen. I just push whenever the doctor told me to push and had a very easy and painless labor compared to the first.

Shut out all the women who don't have any Support and who are doing this all by themselves? Just wanna pray for them because this is a really hard process. Such a blessing to have a great supports system including the father being very loving and supportive.
You are great parents and I know you will do great with those two…. Veyda is a gal and as a sister it just goes naturally that she loves her brother like that, so cute. We were created that way , congrats 🎊
