I’m a 70 year old Grandpa whose favorite athlete of all time was Yogi. I was a catcher in Little League and always wore number 8, my lucky number to this day. I’ve actually owned 2 homes in my life both totally by coincidence are #8. I cried like a baby the day he died. Never met him personally but I’ve been to the museum in NJ and found it to be spectacular. Just heard about this film today from Tiki Barber on WFAN and can’t wait for its release. Your father/grandfather was an inspiration to generations of not just sports fans. You were one lucky family to have had him in your lives.
Yogi Berra is awesome and he is forever in our hearts as New Yorkers his granddaughter is beautiful and I wish her the best in her journey in life ....💪✨🇺🇸🗽⚾....
Met Yogi twice. Brought his dog home off Mountain ave in Montclair NJ. He offered a reward and i said," sir, i have been a Yankee fan forever," he said thanks. 1977? Fast forward 1980. I am at the "real stadium" sitting at the press bar. I was watching a VCR Tape of today's game. Someone comes to sit next to me. He says"the Yankees would have run if they scored mire more runs". Yogi Berra bought me a beer at the stadium. He remembered me. I was blown away.....
I can't believe I don't see longer videos about Yogi Berra's playing career on RUclips. People focus too much on his "Yogi-isms" and not enough on what a great ballplayer he was. I can't imagine that 1949-1964 Yankee Dynasty without Yogi. When Casey was asked for the secret to his success he answered, "I never play a game without my man" And that man was Yogi Berra. You can look it up.
Wonderful film, inspiring effort by his family. Yogi deserves to be remembered and honored. To the host, shut the hell up and let your guests talk. No one wants to hear you talk over them repeatedly. Just read the questions someone wrote for you and sit back.
As a long-term Yankee fan, i finally saw Yogi Berra documentary yesterday and still buzzing about him and what he meant for player's and fans.
I'm just hearing about it, which boggles my mind. Can't wait to see it! Yogi's granddaughter is most impressive. Oh, and Go, Yankees! 😎👍

Great job all of you guys!! Love the documentary on the INCREDIBLE Yogi Berra!!!!
I grew up in the Bronx, 1950's. His son and grandson lived in the next apartment across an alley. Jimmy Berra was my buddy pre-school.

He played 4 games for the Mets in 1965 & batted 2 for 9. You can look it up baseball fans.⚾️⚾️⚾️⚾️
Need the swing gurus to analyze his swing. It is a model of simplicity.
Won like 10 rings something like that
I can see the resemblance.

Berra was better than Bench and both Pudges...by far
It ain't over until Yogi Berra gets to the fork in the road and takes it. Now that I'd like to see. In mathematical physics, we call it a bifurcation.
