Very nice composition David, and the place looks wonderful. I see you are a Kawai fan like me. I have a question, why you decided for the 520 instead of the 920?, since the 920 has the RHIII which one of the best key actions of the market, and the sound is the Harmonic Imaging XL (HI-XL). For gigs I have the MP7SE and the ES8 but both are very heavy 22,5 Kgs.
