I’m running 35’ on my 22 tundra trd pro with 22x10 -13 offset….fuel rebel matte black tires. Nitto recon grappler 285/55r22 a/t lunar rock with red interior have the full Westcott lift….my truck look ms bad ass had this all done Aug 2022
@18:41 you spent money on the suspension.. you should have got a limited and got suspension, tires for cheaper. You could have got fox shocks with a better lifft or r other suspension cheaper than dealer price of suspension that was same or even better..
Wescott is great, but adding their spacer lift kit makes the ride really harsh. Hitting any little bump is rattling. Better to save your money and get a proper suspension lift.
I honestly don't know why anyone would spring for the pro and the fox suspension, and basically ruin all that with preload spacer lift. Beautiful truck though!

Thanks! And yeah went to 88 rotors for the install of the Westcott kit but Westcott can absolutely do that for you too along with alignment. I supplied my own wheels and tires and then picked up some Westcott sliders too. Very happy with the way everything came out
If you care about Gas Milage just keep it stock. But in the highway I got 15 to 17 mpg with my 35s at 65 to 73 mph. 37s now get me 13 to 15 mpg. I'd take the look of the 37s vs Gas any day 100%

We weld are rock sliders in house. We have 11 full time welders and a robotic welder. We use about 4000 feet of tubing a week. We have 2 venders we buy our tubing from.
Still looks stock basically, but with uglier wheels. Your last build DESTROYED this build so far. At the very least you need 37's. Unless you plan to use this as a true baja racer, but if that's the case get a different truck.

Having made a few items for a few of my trucks I can say TIG welding is key. I love TIG welding. Puts that special edge on your product

Cutting won’t be necessary with stock wheels and 35s
