I kind of doubt he did 495 lbs for 5 reps. 495 lbs for a rep or two I could see him doing, but not 5. Also no way would 495lbs be as slow or controlled as he was with no liftoff. The 225lbs is easy could totally see those plates being 45lbs and the the other six he added being lighter but with the profile of a normal plate. Even if they weighed 25 lbs each he was still benching 375lbs for 5 reps which is damn impressive.
