Thanks for sharing these tips. I have a few trench coats (purchased this year) that I need to double check their fabric content. They're for travel purposes, so I have yet to test them out. 🙃 🌿🌻🌿
Liz, these were great, common sense tips! As far as wool goes, do you find all wool scratchy? I've never owned anything in merino wool and often wonder if it's as scratchy as regular wool. I see some lightweight merino wool sweaters that would work for spring but I just don't know how itchy they would be. Thanks for these great tips! ❤
Hi Rose! 🌸 Stella is correct. 😊 I find merino wool to be hit or miss personally, but it’s certainly more tolerable than regular wool. Instead I keep it simple and opt for cashmere mostly, so now I have tons of it 😅🤭
Merino wool is great. I'm sensitive to any other wool. It's also quite durable and not as hot as cashmere (in my opinion, I'm in California and can't wear cashmere even lightweight cashmere very often). It's definitely worth a try.
Oooh yes, with you on sequins, I’ve got a vest top with them and they scratch my under arms. On underwear I’m English so my 100% cotton knickers are Marks and Spencer 😁
You are on point about all the fabrics you mentioned, I've stopped wearing or avoiding them all no matter the price, and now I am looking for more blends, the first thing I do is look at the tags to see what fabrics are in the garments before I buy them. Very good video and informative.❤
When I was in 7th grade my gym teacher would dock points for any smudge on our white cloth sneakers. We were always sneaking chalk from other classrooms to cover those smudges!
Thank you for sharing these wonderful tips! I agree with the cloth shoes tip - impossible to keep clean, I learned that over time and now I just stick to easier maintenance ones. I was also reminded of the sequined dress tip - my daughter once wore a top for new years and came home with raw arms from rubbing all night - not worth the pain (lol) 😊💕
I can’t wait to hear your tips!!🤩💕🌻
Hi Liz, agree with your tips. Always glad to see your videos.❤
Glad you like them Joann 💕😊
I'm glad I learned all this pretty young. I also read all the reviews on items to see if uncomfortable.
Thanks for watching!😊🌻

Glad it was helpful!🌻 Try them out, let me know what you think🤔 It took me years to give mine up…but they were truly a pain for me.

Merino is fine wool and is not as scratchy as lambs wool but not as soft as cashmere, it’s not quite as likely to pill as cashmere either.

So many of us have learned the pains of sequin too many times.🌸
Great video! What size do you wear in the white Lagence denim jacket? Reading reviews sounds like they fit small?
Hi Mary- I picked it up in a large and love it! 😊 did you see my review on it? Revealing L'Agence Try-on Haul

@@StylishandGrateful Yes I did now and you gave your size...thanks so much! Love your videos
Thanks for the tips...
You’re welcome 😊🌻
would love to hear about fabrics that need ironing all the time
Ohhh I could do a video on that 😅 but it’s all the natural fibers 🤭

Thank you! 😊💕
I don’t buy 100 percent cotton tee shirts. I need about 3 to 5 percent spandex for the recovery.
Ahhh interesting. 🤔 Definitely a different feel. 🌸 Thank you got sharing!
🙏🏽
I don't care for Polyester 😊😊😊
Ever?🤔
100% rayon I avoid. I had a beautiful worsted wool trench coat. Wet wool smell is not appealing.
Really rayon? It’s so drapey though 😊
Oh yep wet wool…not good 😩
@@StylishandGrateful It does feel smooth and drapes well but it wrinkles worse than natural fibers and is a weak fiber.

Haha great story! 😊 A pet peeve for many I’m sure🌸

Great tips!!! Thanks for the video!!! 😁
You are so welcome Susan 😊💕
