Seems like the pipe isn’t low enough, but I am not experienced in these things.

In an ideal situation the pipe would be lower, but these plastic pipes rely on a stable backfill in order to have strength so it will be fine. Especially for a residential driveway. The homeowner wanted a 30” pipe I tried to suggest a 24” which would give 6” more cover. The video is deceiving there is roughly 6-8” of cover on this pipe.

The original pipe is facing the wrong way

Looks like you did not put the pipes in deep enough, that’s when your camera died, lol. So to compensate just add more dirt on top and hump the drive way? If I was a paying customer I’d have you red the whole job correctly

This job was purely by the customers request. There was an existing steel culvert along with a concrete culvert here. The steel culvert rotted out. Customer wanted a larger one installed. I will make
Mention that to this day there is absolutely zero change in this job. Still looks like the day I left it and the customer is more than happy with it! Yes I would like to see the pipe deeper, but I was digging in a flowing creek and the creek bed was basically solid rock. Not exactly something you wanna spend too much time fussing around with.
