for me, the price is almost steal. if i would buy this variant, i would choose to appreciate the headunit itself (i.e apple carplay, android auto), wireless charging and bose sound speakers. i don't mind open the tailgate manually rather than having available aftermarket outside of the dealer. well detailed on the review. planning to get one someday 😊

Thanks! the tire pressure comment was very helpful. Mine is new and it was at 44 psi and the max for the tires is 40. Set it at 38 and the ride improved.

Nice review Sir Vince. Clear speaking voice, very concise review without missing the important points, and not boring to listen to.
For me, the position of the rear door handle is perfect and more aesthetic since it is hidden and not exposed. Appreciation of the height of the rear load space depends on the user's height ... its height could be perfect for some people and might have been designed to be higher than the 800mm wading capacity of the vehicle which could be a plus factor in some situations. Lastly, for me, not including the motorized power tailgate function is safer since having the feature might lead to accidental bumps in the head. It seems awkward ... while carrying things ... that after placing your foot below the vehicle, you have to move back fast so as not to obstruct an opening rear door. Even if you use the key knob control, it seems better to open the rear door with a little guide and support. The tail lights look good during night time and seems to also have the unique quad led pattern of the headlights once opened.

Kung sa improvement, sobrang laki na ng pinagbago both interior and exterior. But again, this is above 2.3M Mid Size SUV top of the line model. Features, Looks and Performance still Montero and Everest are the top choice i guess. If there's Sunroof, Power Tailgate and Adaptive Cruise then it is a steal! If i would to choose between Fortuner and this Terra, definitely Terra is the champ. Bose, Disc Brakes all around, jampack Safety features, interior and exterior last but not the least comfort.

Sir I would like to ask, considering that both the terra and navarra have the 5 link rear suspension do they have the same riding comfort for the new models?(I haven't driven a terra yet). I have driven the new fortuner and it feels about the same as the pre facelift navarra in ride comfort and driving dynamics however some car reviews point out that the terra has better riding comfort than the fortuner, what are your thoughts on this matter? New navaras are stiffer than terra. But the old navara have same ride comfort with terra

is it electric power steering like the Everest?? is the steering as lite as the Everest??
Power tailgate isn't a big issue. Me personally don't like suv's with power tailgate had a couple of those and my daily got one to and its irritating how slow it closes and i can't manually close it down. Its just me.

How does the ride compare to the Montero?
Is this the only 4x4 with rear diff lock?
It's like Nissan is hearing out customers complain with their previous terra model.
Am I the only one that wish they would show the 2ndn 3rd rows seats to see their space coz that's where your family would be.
Sir vince if i may ask, given the chance, will you upgrade your navara for the new one vl or pro 4x?

A vehicle with this sheer size must have a 360 degree cam regardless of the trim.
For its price point, the lack of adaptive cruise control and telescopic steering adjustment is a bummer. I wouldn't also mind the lack of a power tailgate if it was easy to open, which doesn't seem to be so as per this review.

off roading aside, it is almost the same spec with the fortuner Q, less the 11 inch screen at the back.hahaha

Sir Vince, can you give us a guide on how to set the TPMS? it shows the icon or tpms pero hindi po cya naka set meaning its not giving an alarm kung kulang or sobra ang hangin. it goes the same with the LCD? Mukhang hindi po kasi kabisado ng mga sales rep dito sa visayas .. :-) salamat po.. more power po sa inyo.
Not sure if you can set it because TPMS units usually alarm at low only, not at high. But the best bet is to check the manual in the vehicle. Don't be too hard on the sales agent. They only just got the vehicle so itll be a while before they become fully familiarized with it. Hope that helps.
This Nissan Terra/X-Terra is the mini me Nissan Patrol Royale.
The styling works really well, just not in this color, or silver, or black, or white. The terra really shows its improvements with the use of other colors such as the red, and I really liked the gold color of the previous model.
I'd rather wait for the new MUX before I make a decision if I were to buy a 7 seater suv.

Maybe you meant the 2.3-liter twin turbo. It's highly unlikely for them release it here.
