YOU GUYS.. the blue dress is stolen (thank you to everyone alerting me in the comments) the REAL dress is sold by a brand called AYM Studio, and their dress actually DOES use some sustainable fibers and it is sewn ethically!! I felt the need to comment this because it was left open ended in the video!! 👀 www.aym-studio.com

@6:41 Not supposed to be magnetic just supposed to be grippy with the rubber gripper dots on the bottom of the material. They were showing how a plastic phone case would stick to the rubber dots.

The first couch cover is such a scam 💀 it doesn’t look as thick it doesn’t look like the same kind of pattern and it’s supposed to reach down to the front of the couch but those are thin, you just lay them on top, and short. Tbh the one in the advertisement made it seem like it’s supposed to be a type of foam material

I was so excited when I saw that one and was hoping it wasn't a scam..but of course it was.
i feel like people always forget that shatter-resistant doesn't mean shatter-proof. throw it and it will break. drop it enough times and you will get unlucky and it will break. it's just less likely to shatter than regular glass.

@@lindatannock A few RUclipsrs have tested those kinds of things and like….they are meant for daily use, like if you knock them off the table or drop your cup. Not being hurled across the room.
@pissum420 Yeah, that's my whole thing with them as well, they're designed for everyday use and knocks, like when cats perform science tests.
That sofa cover was the biggest disappointment. Thanks for reviewing it. I’ve been tempted to buy it a gazillion times.

If it helps, I double-wrapped my couch in sofa covers and it’s been a game changer! I got cheaper covers from Amazon (more expensive ones across the internet either looked scammy or were prohibitively priced) - one cover wraps the entire couch and then the other one is the kind that just lays over top. :) It’s kept the couch totally clean and protected so far, and both together were still cheaper than what Mia paid for those Moon Covers or w/e.

I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences and I’m a licensed aesthetician, and yeah that light therapy with microcurrent is 100% a scam. First of all that light probably doesn’t give off enough watts to do anything. Also you should not be able to feel the microcurrent at all, as it is a subsensory current. So it’s just a light that vibrates

That face sculptor thing is 100% a scam. It just has different colored lights and a vibration motor to trick you into thinking it does something. Seeing something that promises the effects of multiple expensive plastic surgeries for $50 should be a big red flag that its a cash grab.
She’s also just doing over complicated lymphatic drainage
as someone who has gotten results from simple guasha, a similar machine but by luminique seems to do the same thing but with vibration (and heat in the third mode). you definitely do not need it but it does feel nice
Light therapy is a real thing, and legit light therapy masks are very expensive and they really do work well for anti aging and redness reduction and anti acne, but you have to use very specific light wavelengths to get the effects and that product probably doesn't do that.
@@driverjayneAbsolutely, i use quite a few of the Foreo products the Foreo Luna 3, the UFO 3 is incredible, has light therapy and micro current, and the Foreo Bear is what i was concerned about most but after 10 mths my skin looks so much better i didn’t notice until i searched out a load of older photos and recent ones and had to admit 100% that all that money is well worth it. Im now looking at their new product. Cant rave enough about the results ive seen.

I really love the second couch cover. You could change out how your couch looks in like 20 minutes any time of year.

I do that and it's amazing! I bought the covers from Temu at a much lower cost and get cute pattern pillow covers. They wash fantastic and I wash them constantly since I have a big ol' lab that sits on the couch when I'm not looking 😊. I have pet covers like the first one with the little gripped dots but it never stays where it's put.
I would watch an entire video of just mia and mom dropping break resistant glasses in different ways for 20 min
Mia for item #3 the multi function facial laser you tried … the ladies face you referenced where one side looked really open and the other side was droopy. - that photo was stolen. That woman had partial facial paralysis after getting Botox injections. She was sharing her recovery journey from it all over her IG. She did go through the process of trying lots of different things to help recover but I don’t think she swore by this product.

yes, I wanted to see if anyone else had commented this! it's extremely gross for this scam company to take her image while she was suffering from health issues and use it to promote their product. I would probably try and alert her and see if she could get it taken down.

So I looked up the glasses and they're not shatter *proof*, they're shatter *resistant* They do admit on the page that they will break, they're just less likely to break compared to typical glass glasses.
I also noticed that it was the tall glasses that broke both times, while the shorter ones were more resistant. My guess is the taller the glass is, the less strength it has overall.
Yeah, she said it was "resistant" in the video so she knows. They're just going a bit overboard testing that resistance. 😅
It seems like maybe the tall glasses weren't part of the shatter resistant ones. Because they shattered instantly. Nothing resistant about those.

As soon as I saw you bought couch covers I knew there would be a fit issue. It’s just part of buying the covers online it’s so tricky with the sizing. I’m partial to blush pink and with the accent pieces it looks so cozy and pretty!

Pinterest ads are so weird. Literally ALL of my promoted products are for kindergarten classroom decorations from Amazon. Here's the kicker: I'm not a teacher, I don't plan on teaching kindergarteners, I've never searched for those products on Pinterest, and I've never searched for those products on Amazon either. The confusion is real....!!!

The glass breaking 😂 what videos like this have taught me is that if you see a pinterest product ad that interests you, do your research. Odds are, they’re stealing a someone else’s idea and making it cheaper and unsustainably. For example, all the fake Popflex skirts that are circling the internet
That microcurrent device is such a scam. Yes lights in different frequencies are helpful in the long term for different types of skin issues, like they said in the ad, but I'm 100% convinced what they have is a color changing light in there and that's it.
Maybe the light is just to indicate different frequencies of the vibrations? It still looks like a scam.

Usually any fabric that has mixed materials (like polyester and spandex) are usually not fabrics that are good for the environment because that kind of fabrics can't be properly recycled since you would have to separate the polyester and spandex from each other which is an expensive process.

I have office chair seat covers and seat covers for my dining chairs similar to your last couch convey that I got off Amazon and I absolutely love them. I love that it stretches to fit like a glove. My old office chair had peeling leather but it was still comfortable. Now it looks brand new.

Whenever something is shatter proof it meaans it won't break into lots of super tiny pieces, it doesn't mean it won't break. When I break a regular glass I'm finding the tiniest little pieces for days after, that somehow made it to different rooms

For the couch, please try two of the pink L shape covers on each of the bottom parts and then use the small blue covers to cover the pillows for the back. That’ll avoid the weird gaping and I think the two colors will look nice together!

I just stopped online shopping in general, often times it doesn’t look like it did online and I can get the same thing for cheap in the dollar store for example :D it was hard in the beginning but I got really used to going to the store instead
