Usually tasked code 2 to minor cases where treatment on scene rather than a trip to hospital is an option. We used to have rural paramedics called ECP but that in the days before ISCEP came in.
yes, the light bars on the ambulances work, its just the shutter speed of my camera not picking it up sometimes
