So this could be 21 to 24 inch screen and he could be quite close to it. I guess the wheel is where you would have your keyboard and then just raise the screen.

Even if you know all the stages well, which you will do in a computer game, stringing them altogether in a rally is still a challenge. Ultimately the test would be to turn off restarts, and see how well you "really" know those stages, living with any consequences. Winning overall, with whatever comes your way, is rallying.

First leaderboard is bots, the second leaderboard is his friends and then he switches to global at the end for like half a second and you can see that he is -7 seconds to the number 2.
He's an amateur rally driver (semi-pro) - also helped develop the game but still ....HE IS SICK ...i play with an amazing setup and still this guy shits all over my skills
If that's how you think cars handle on snow you need to take a step back and learn how to drive, champ. I love Dirt Rally and I think it's an incredible game but, the snow physics are awful.

Man, I love to see great drivers in dirt. Great job! An amazing time! I know a good driver when I see one. I currently hold the world record times on all the "Dirt" (2006/2007) Hill climb events (all pikes peak and windy point tracks). So believe me. I know a good driver when I see one. Great work!
Yeah, muscle memory is important.. this video reminds me how i played colin mcrae 1998-1999 on PS1 and knew every single corner and map on the game by heart :D need to pick up dirt, good social game with friends while drinking beer ; )
The game is far superior to Dirt 3!! But the stakes are raised by a mile!! I'm still playing this with a Xbox controller, on my pc, but it takes ages to get right.. Still, no where close to what this guy shows!!

it works fine with controller. And if codemasters didn't mean for people to play it with controllers they would've made a grave mistake. If people with steering wheels are your only audience your game is not going to sell very well.
I used to play the first dirt and i beat it a lot of times but this dirt rally is harder it took me hours to finish any race without crashing at a decent speed. I can't even imagine getting that good >

he wasnt auto. what i dont now if he has shifter.
◄SoundSystem► his hands never left the wheel (aside from e brake) so he had to be using paddles.
Endersmens yes I was using paddles. I use my shift as the handbrake, but only for wrc cars. Use the H-Pattern for all others.
Rallycameraman ah. That came to mind when I was writing the comment. Are you on console then? If you're on PC you can get an external e brake. :)
