I go to both costcos. There IS a difference with the pizzas. The one in Langley (where I live) uses way less sauce but a lot of cheese, so it’s kind of dry. The one in Bellingham has a lot of sauce and good amount of cheese. quite flavorful. I love the one in Bellingham. I never buy pizza at the one in Langley.

If you want to recreate the Costco poutine, they use Cavendish Classic fries and Nestle Trio Brown gravy mix, both of which the usually sell in-store. Use whatever fresh cheese curds you like.
Canadian costco (in montreal) used to have churros like 20 years ago, not sure if it was just meant to be a limited time item or just discontinued for some other reason
Here in Canada they used to sell Gelato at the cafe, but they stopped years ago... You can buy it in the store, but a whole tub of Gelato is expensive :(

We used to have a mochachillo, the chicken bake, burgers, and deluxe pizza in Canada. We used to offer saurkraut for the dogs. We recently got rid of the Caesar chicken salad. I think we also briefly had churros, but they got chewy & stale quickly. After covid, the menu got "simplified".

the costco poutine is so goated, poutine is notoriously often fucked up by american chains (overly salty fries that aren't sturdy enough, not using cheese curds, weird gravy choices) but costcos is like the benchmark for a standard "good" poutine
Costco poutine is quiet possibly the best poutine you can get. Real cheese curds, thick gravy, and crispy fries. There isn't much more you can ask for.
The fries are legitimately amazing. Poutine is great because of it. Also, as has consistently been my experience, US service is worse than in Canada, Ive gotten some badly undercooked pizza at US locations several times while never had anything wrong up north.
