Chyworld and Nonye technically no, they are not the same. I say technically because in some recipes it does not matter which one you use eg Abacha. But in some recipes it matters because they do not smell the same. Use ehu for pepper soups. Ehuru is mostly used for spicy peanut butter.
Nice one aunty Flo....i think you put the chunk of onion cos you do not like to see pieces of onion in your food but you the aroma of onion...i will try it myself.
Am here still struggling on how to make my agidi with dry grits Flo and his family has finished eating theirs, kudos to the pepper soup recipe. My question is if i should use the dry grits to make agidi,do you think i should boil or soak the grits before blending?can you give me clue if you don't mind.

Can you use regular nutmeg for this recipe?
Oh my my!...From looks alone you can tell that this hits the spot. Chai!
No vegetable oil ?
How long is ideal to boil the saki so it can be soft without using pressure pot
U teaching is so fun. Lovely
Chy I love your cooking, you are very honest, well done!
Good morning and happy new year, plz is it a must I peel the ehuu before blending cos the one I have at home I did not peeled it. Plz reply ASAP cos I want to cook dis by
2pm today. Thank
Yes, you have to peel it and ground it
It's a must. The peel is like the outer shell of peanuts (the pod). Very strong. You don't want that in your food.
You're the best chef 💜💋
Fantastic 😋😋😋😋😋😋
Nice cooking

Chyworld and Nonye technically no, they are not the same. I say technically because in some recipes it does not matter which one you use eg Abacha. But in some recipes it matters because they do not smell the same. Use ehu for pepper soups. Ehuru is mostly used for spicy peanut butter.

How did you wash the tripe to make it so white
Please what's the difference between Ehu and Ehuru? As I went to the market, I was shown Ehu which was a bit longer than Ehuru.
Am here still struggling on how to make my agidi with dry grits Flo and his family has finished eating theirs, kudos to the pepper soup recipe. My question is if i should use the dry grits to make agidi,do you think i should boil or soak the grits before blending?can you give me clue if you don't mind.
