Dear SisJoyful Cooking, Your Nigerian recipes and dishes are Pure Massive Gold! To think that these every day local Nigerian dishes are now being shared with others is truly amazing! Tasty! Easy to follow just like your sister @ Ify Kitchen. Keep shining! 'Watching from Togo! Cheers.
I made this today and it was lovely thanks so much for this recipe 😘 ....even though i didn't make my Agidi myself ....this lovely i must say ....who's trying next just like me ? 😆
Hello @Joyful Cook, I started watching your Videos a few days ago. And I am enjoying it, I just learnt how to wash and boil assorted meat. I normally would wash with hot water and salt. Thank you.
Thank you @joyfulcook for this beautiful recipe. I'm watching from London. Please can you give a list of the assorted meat that you used ? I'm having a hard time finding intestine over here.
I love everything you did here, especially wrapping the Eko that is the Agidi in a leaf. The only thing that I will do differently is use the real yam as a thickener for the pepper soup.Where are you located, the reason why I asked the question is that I'm wondering how you got the goat 🐐 intestine.
Happiest birthday joyful cook, the chef with the sauce❤ wishing you all of God's blessings as you celebrate another year🎉🎉🎉 watching from port Harcourt, Nigeria
