Truck is around 9000 lbs. Trailer is around 3000 lbs. You can load around 4500 lbs in there including tongue weight. Can't drive and hitting the front of the trailer then blaming the manufacturer although you're the one that bought it like that. You never leave unskilled labor alone and expect good results. Never buy Chinese equipment and expect it to work right.

How are bent axles going to correct themselves? Those axles are severely compromised. They are no longer rigid. I would cut in half, The suggested load rate for each axle. You almost rebuilt the thing, what’s a couple of axles?

Bob, the hydraulics on your excavator should have flow control valves that are adjustable to slow down or speed up the action! It doesn’t have those you should add them. This will smooth out the action on your hydraulics.. I believe you can get those flow control valves from Grangers or possibly even harbor freight! That should make your machine usable for you! Atleast those booger welds held up! Should have been quarter inch plate at least on those hinges! This is the kind of luck I have ! 🤔👍🏻🇺🇸

Any equipment has range limitations from how sharp you can turn to a lift limit, and you should also know the weight of your truck and trailer rather than guessing at it. You sound like a noob and you put their lives in danger allowing them an opportunity where they could dump an overloaded trailer that was not hooked to a tow vehicle! Basically you could have been looking at a situation where it came down on one of them and you are liable. This whole video is a great example of researching who you hire.

Gvwr is 13000 is the total payload the truck can carry in the bed curb weight of that truck is 6700lbs. Weight scale with the trailer and Ram 3500 was 20000 Lbs…13000 lbs of dirt+trailer

As an owner of both a construction company and dump trailers I must say that you failed not your workers. That was no were near enough dirt to effect that trailer unless those hinges were already failing. I’ve had hinges fail before but never like this, we inspect them before monthly to avoid failure. You bought a crappy trailer.

Its only meant to hold 5000lb not 7 .... It weighs at least 2k... the 7k axles are trailer and load combined. That dirt load is at least double its weight capacity. Not good

That trailer can only hold 1-2 skid steer bucket scoops of dirt weight wise. Our 14k trailer can only handle 5 bucket scoops and that not even very much.

We build trailers and also do trailer repair. That trailer shouldn't have broken. The problem is the hinge wasn't supported properly.
