    Hello from Canada. I am a 74 year old woman who was diagnosed with chf and afib almost 3 years ago. With diet, exercise, medication and participation in decisions with my nurse practitioner and cardiologist, I am doing very well. I thought your short synopsis was helpful for people. cheers
