IMO, due to the fact that the court requires mitigation prior to litigation A cease and desist Notice serves that purpose perfectly. Especially when dealing with a psychotic stalker who desires to ruin a person's life.
I was sent a letter and asked to stop making a jig based on a trademark infringment that doesnt exsist in any offical trademark registry. Is this just a bogus letter from a competitor looking to intimidate me away from similer product he makes? Great video !!
Do you have representation in AZ? If not, can you recommend anyone? Several residents in our poorly managed negligent HOA get cease & desist letters if they ask too often for the same thing to be fixed.
it makes me curious, recently Nintendo is doing so many things that are a little questionable, what they are doing with a c&d like the big house tournament with slippy or the Etikons case is legal?
Great point. That is the case in most states. Only a judge can issue an order. For example, only a judge can issue a temporary restraining order. But attorneys can send a cease-and-desist letter.
What if my former employer and one of his current employees are constantly driving by my house (which is legal), and sometimes digging into my mailbox (which can’t be legal). However, that former employer is very wealthy and I’m extraordinarily poor..? How do I take action against this? (I have a Ring doorbell camera which captures all of this).
@@hannanathan564 that sucks. You should definitely sue him. Idk anything about paying for legal costs though. You should ask a professional outside of RUclips (in real life) to figure it out. You might be able to get a no win, no fee thing

I’m not sure if I fully understand what you are asking. Could you be more specific with your question?

Legal or lawful please be more clear
It is my understanding that “legal” and “lawful” have the same meaning.
