Thank you Vero! You the man! I haven’t bought the F14 from IFE. I have the F14 from DC and I love it, and that’s why i didn’t buy this one. But now….after you talk about it, I’m grabbing it. You helped me with making my mind up.
The Tornado, I’m excited to hear your thoughts. I posted a mini video today and plan on getting a full video up tomorrow. I think the sound is my only complaint on the tornado too. It just feels like that’s the only thing they missed.

@@FastTimesVerofor the most part it’s good but you do get those times where it stutters. I fly out of Vance AFB since we are stationed here. It now even throws some stutters occasionally now. I know myself and many have had a starting in window mode issue, instead of full screen. That happened after the last update. Also i used to load in really quickly, but now, 2-4 mins just to load in. The last update just made some weird things appear. When i fly in non multiplayer, no stutters, but i think the multiplayer servers need some work. That’s where i see the majority of hangups.

The F-14 has always been my favorite... Well tide with the F-4 (in real life) but the F-22 should be in the number one spot just because of the thrust vectoring and maneuvers it can do. When you can take off get a few hundred feet up and put the nose past 90° then level back out... That takes the cake. Other then that perfect list

Another great video! I am in total agreement with your list. As for the Tornado... I have it on PC. It's good, however I'd list it below the F-15, F-18, Harrier, & Osprey (I know not a jet...). The Tornado is definitely above the F4 though. I think there was alot of hype and anticipation in the F4 and the handling unfortunately is somewhat of a let down; hopefully that get that improved.

@@FastTimesVeroIt's good don't get me wrong, just reminds me a bit of the F4. Alot of hype, needs some work on handling, and feels like a bit of dog on speed and power. Otherwise it looks great and comes with a lot of liveries.

I was curious about how you'd rate these today and basically I agree with your picks, and gather you prefer the external view and sound to in cockpit??
From an in cockpit perspective I love the Viper for it's mix of digital and analogue particularly displays, especially when flying near areas where black screens can happen, and find the simpler HUD of the F-14 to be a bit harder to easily interpret than the others on this list, but truly appreciate Jester as RIO and the cockpit detail to make up for this in enjoyment.
I'm curious how you rate the Rafale as that's next on my sale list and assume it'd fly like the Typhoon?
Good info man. The Rafale’s performance on Xbox is still very bad with CTD’s and Black Screens so I can’t enjoy that one yet

@@StormChaserGriffinTop Mach Studios is developing a YF-23 infact. It's the plane that competed with the YF-22(Now F-22) to become the next premier fighter for the USAF. The F-22 won as we obviously know, but the YF-23 is absolutely gorgeous. Can find it on Google.
Great top 5 👍 I can dig it. Honorable mentions for me would be F15 and Rafale. I literally just got the Tornado so I don’t have enough time with it yet. Leonardo M-346 and MB-339 are great as well.

I LITERALLY just bought the Rafale as of 30 minutes ago. Not because it's good, but because A LOT of my ancestry is French. Admittedly, the plane needs A TON of work, But I have no doubt that in time, it will be just as good as the Typhoon 😁

On the F-35 flight model, have you tried flying it with the FCS on vs off?

@@FastTimesVero I have. Using the up & down buttons on the D pad (default buttons for flaps), you can turn the FCS from auto to manual (this will be visible in the center screen). In manual you lose auto trim and have more control. That said, it’s much easier to lose control (the plane “flies on rails” in auto)

@@FastTimesVero I play MSFS on Xbox series S and it crashes often when I try loading certain jets at certain add on airports I purchased. I also get tons of black screen events in the cockpits.
I hope asobo fixes these issues for Xbox. I’m struggling to comprehend how MSFS 2024 will run smoothly on Xbox series S & X when it’s more intensive than MSFS 2020. I guess time will tell…
I'm no expert in jets put for me my favourite 5 to fly as in what I use the most 1cj typhoon 2 f22 raptor 3 f35 4 f18 5 f14 but not the heat blur one the DC one
