Code Red II Massive Swell @ Bowls (July 16 & 17, 2022) Raw Footage 4K

On July 16th before 2pm, you could hear all the photographers complaining that it wasn't big enough; however, on July 17th, everyone was complaining that it was too big out there. The bodyboarders definitely were not complaining. This historical massive ssw swell has already been named from Teahupoo's July 13, 2022 "Code Red ll" swell, that's what everyone is referring to it as in Hawaii too.

I wanted to thank Eimy for her consideration and respect for the long time locals and leaving some spots unnamed in her videos. Even tho they arent secret spots they dont need more attention than they already get. Thumbs up for making the right decision and showing Aloha. Thats about as big as Bowls ever gets. Some of the footage i've seen coming out of Maui, Fiji and Tahiti is just mind-blowing. Now the swell is hitting California. Thats just mind blowing to me, waves travelling that far.
