Sir I really proud of you. Hamare ghr bale j kehte hai ki tumare bki sb dost court mai practice krte hai or tu ghr books reading krk pagal hoi jndi a kya faida. Ap ne ab jb Advocates ki example di v NYC. Mere dimg se booj utar gya. Muje laga tha mai time waste kr rehi hu but ab nhi.

Good evening sir, I heard your lecture very attentively and learned a lot from you, but one question arises to my mind, why do they write orders and sections separately, if they have the same purpose or same actions accordingly, and they were also interlinked with each other, then why they did not elaborate CPC in sections only why they added rules on the other hand. So what's the logic or reason behind that, Why do they construct rules and sections separately? Hope you can understand my question, and I will wait for your answer in detail.

You should not say that advocates are roaming in the courts without having knowledge of the law. The Supreme court and the High Court Judges do not give any judicial exams, first they practice in the courts for years. This profession is not as simple as your teaching.
