No issue with the private vehicle. Only RTPCR report was needed when I traveled in July end. So just carry the report rest all things would be good. Also if u r in Leh and want to go to Pangong or Khardungla then a pass needed for that. hotel person will guide u. Per person cost would be around R's. 500
