At 27:10 Myron mentions the quote from Abraham Lincoln about preparing in preparation for your moment to come. Myron says the moment will come regardless. And it reminded me of Winston Churchill’s quote, “To each there comes in their lifetime a special moment when they are figuratively tapped on the shoulder and offered the chance to do a very special thing, unique to them and fitted to their talents. What a tragedy if that moment finds them unprepared or unqualified for that which could have been their finest hour.”
This was by his best teaching yet. It really hit home for me. I’ve been working on this business for a few years and some success and then cold 🥶. Well, may I add that you've got benefits to take advantage of. Disabled vets are given a higher priority when working with big corporations, state agencies or federal agencies. They have funds set aside SPECIFICALLY for giving to veterans. They'll choose a veteran owned business versus the same business that isn't veteran owned. Use that to your advantage. But more important than that is following God and staying in His word. And nothing matters if you haven't accepted the gift of salvation from Jesus Christ.
