But I would just like to say I’ve been battling with depression and anxiety for a little over a year now and I just wanted to say that your videos have help calm many storms of mind when I feel like I’m hyperventilating or about to have an anxiety attack or even feeling down and depressed I know I can just turn on your videos and for those 20 to 30 minute long even the hour long ones I forget about all my problems and you let me know but I can just keep on going and I really appreciate that you are definitely like a superhero to me at least thank you for all you do and I cannot wait to keep continuing this journey with you.
