Kinda kicking myself for not thinking of this far ahead of time and telling you, but Leoni (a.k.a. The Book Leo) lives in Holland. I bet you and her would get along so well. :D
As someone who gets agoraphobic in the countryside, you very much make outdoor life appealing in your b-rolls. Gardens? Historic buildings? Running? Banana in the park? Cat on your sleeve? Rock on.
