This rear light as just a brake and tail light . And keep the stock led indicators lights separate with a plate for number plate and plate led would be perfect for us in uk .
idk if you know, but you can do this - you can use it just as a brake/tail running light, and have signal stalks on the license bracket that work independently
Fitted this here in Aus. Shipping was a killer but worth it. Fit and finish is amazing, OEM plugs super easy and the legendary K5 Gixxer style is awesome. Bought the indicator bracket to fit OEM LEDs but didn’t use it, love the tail as it is. Some aftermarket pieces are a risk and waste of money (Givi screen for this bike is worse than no screen) but TST have made the best tail tidy out there.
New fan of TST here! The GSX-8S is my first bike, and your products, support, and RUclips channel are all top notch! It's become an addicting and satisfying venture into making my first bike more of my own, by having awesome options available by companies such as yourself to modify or customize it. Thanks!
What steps were skipped that aren't shown in this video or any of our other installation videos? This is a video showing the installation of our tail light and we showed that in its entirety.
I have this light combined with another plate mount kit from suzuki, and its all just absolutely perfect. This light is the definition of plug and play. Very nicely developed part and extraordinary finish quality. Thanks TST!

@@thisisnotreallife20 I believe you just need 2 y splits, one for turn signals and one for brake/running. It should be able to double up no problem afaik

@tstindustries - firstly thank you for a great install vid and excellent product, I'm loving mine on my GSX-8R. I am running into an issue with my fuel gauge showing "E", fully empty on my display. Even after refilling it. Is it possible it was something I did incorrectly during the installation?
@@xARxNomaD the tail light circuit is fully isolated from your fuel sender circuit so nothing you did during the installation of the tail light would affect the fuel level indicator. If you did the flasher relay then you would have disturbed the fuel tank and then there is a possibility that you may have disconnected one of the fuel level pins in the fuel sender circuit.
@@TSTindustries Thanks - I appreciate the quick response on a Sunday! Sounds like it's on me, I will take a look at the fuel pins. I appreciate the help.
Sure there is. We sell it separately for those customers who want/need it. You can check out more information on that here: tstindustries.com/tst-elite-1-fender-eliminator-for-suzuki-gsx-8s-2023.html
The bike isn't complete without this llght imo but I understand the dilemma. I justified it by telling myself seperate brake light and running light gotta be clearer signals than turn colour flashing between braking
It's wild that some jurisdictions won't let you put your turn indicators in the tail light. In my state you don't legally even need turn indicators on a motorcycle (because you can just use the 'turning' arm signs)!
Yes there are still a handful of those. But to provide a comprehensive range of product we offer mounitng options for OE signals, or aftermarket signals that satisfy the center to center distancce required. For those setups you either don't plug in the tail light signals, or use a Y-splitter harness to connect both.
Gonna be the first order tomorrow from California, I currently have the New Rage Cycle integrated tail light, is the y splitter applicable to both turn signals and tail light, or only turn signals?

QUESTIONS: If I already have the TST Brake Light Modulator, Does that interfere with the Integrated Tail Light, Would that Low-Mount plate get me in trouble in GA? @TSTindustries
You would remove the modulator because that functionality is built into the tail light. The low mount looks great but I do recommend going (or staying) with a high mount just in case.
Personally, I think Bart is sleek & sexy😉 However, this rear tail light setup is the best one out there! Well done to the team at TST & to Bart the master designer & craftsman! If one chooses to have only the tail light functioning, the indicator plugs aren’t used & the Suzuki genuine LEDS are used. Is this correct? Can the Suzuki genuine LED relay be also used with separate LED indicators as is?
