Lovin Alexei lately, been using him when I can. Dudes sturdy as hell and has really good engage with his charged attack. I used a castellia on gore drinker as well since its crucial to his kit. I use the tarot that gives 20% more dmg when its not his turn for his counters, also at 60 it has 40 percent life steal as well. Such a fun character! Brutebear counter with goredrinker ftw. I have him hard engage on mellee units pretty much lol.
Yea I do like that combo, the only issue being his cooldowns so if you cannot clear out the enemies in the second or third turn he is at high risk. It makes me wonder how well he does with Cocoa when she is 5 star. Could be a really good combo on a map that favors defenders.
Yea, its a good stopping point for him and easy to achieve. That alongside the Engraving resonance that buffs you damage in the dying state makes him really strong for going in, grouping up a bunch of enemies that attack him and then doing an aoe attack on the next turn to completely heal himself and kill/ do significant damage to the enemies.
yeah the best pick for his weapon of those three would be brutal axe. his dmg scales of m. attk so hollow atk that boosts p. attk won't see much adv. save for the boost in the defenses. whereas brutal you get increased hp and armor penetration. thanks for the quick overview.
I just realized that. Now if only we can get more radiant dust. Level 50-60 170k. I willll see where I am at on dust after next weeks event but I think I should be able to get it to level 50 at least by then.

How did Alexei go with Simona? What are your thoughts on Alexei now?
They work alright together but I have not used Alexei much recently in PVE but he still does really well with Simona for me in the current PVP.
Its nice also that at 3* he ignores dying and injured state- so he’s gonna have huge full output throughout the fight.
