The educated people are usually nice in China, and as a over 3000 yr old country we recite and learn many idioms and proverbs with many morals and life lessons since elementary school! And in Chinese tradition we truly value health and happiness so we let people do what they want as long as they’re happy and not harming themselves. But although most people are like this in China but nobody’s perfect and each tree has its own bad apple so just acknowledge that there’s bad people too.
Chinese women are really supportive and kind, the majority of them that I met had been very nice with me. I remember that two of them telling me how pretty would I look… And I have noticed something, the more they are mannered as in China the better their modals are!
I do think most women are like that, it's just women are portrayed negatively in media, and the ones spewing bullshit, their voices are heard the loudest.
