The Drum Major's timing is immaculate, and i love that walking stick type staff as opposed to the standard maces used by other bands, amazing played at Light Infantry speed. My great grandfather, grandfather, were in the Ox and Bucks Light infantry, later the Royal Green Jackets, great to see true Light Infantry at work, and the Gurkhas are some of the best i have ever seen. My relatives served in Italy in ww2 alongside 6th Gurkhas for a short time.
I was raised to have respect for all who came to our aid inWW2 and the firm has were so loyal to the British we held them in,high esteem. I still do and have nothing but the highest esteem for the regime fIgurine who followed them. They are one of the very best fighting forces in the World and have alwAys come to our times of nedd. I did not makes any negative comments I just wanted them to know that I give my heartfelt thanks for their loyalty to Britain which many have not shown
Joe what on earth are you talking about. I'm 17 but I still have a keen interest in British history. It's a shame so many older folk like you have to make happy videos like this so divisive.
Asked a question a few years back and got no answers so will ask again. Has anyone ever heard a bad word said against the Gurkhas apart from their enemies such as the Japanese and Argentinians.
They were wonderful! An outstanding band and soldiers. 🇺🇸❤️ the Gurkhas!
Yes they are.
Bloody fantastic and a great bunch of heroes in this day and age for sure - we need these guys

Belting out on a wind instrument and bagpipes while marching at double time.
So much respect for the Ghurkas.
Class mate, thanks for sharing, was meant to go into London today to see them
Marched with them too 😊 6:55
Awesome 😊
Great filming
Stupendo !
Only the Gurkhas could play instruments and march at double time. Small, but super deadly...
Fantastic men.
Pity the younger generation are far too selfish and wrapped up in their own selfish needs to appreciate our history and the, loyalty of the Gurkhas.
Mainly because they are not taught it unfortunately
