we always do leave no trace camping which means you bring out everything you brought in. :) we were pretty impressed for the most part with how clean the area was for how much traffic it gets. Hopefully it keeps it up!

Some of my suggestions that prove my words are :- 1. Cold desett - Ladakh 2. Hot desert - Jaisalmer, Rajastan 3. Most rainfall area :- All northeastern states of India 4. Snow/Valley :- Kashmir 5. Plateus - South India 6. Plains :- Haryana ,Punjab , Uttar Pradesh 7. Chilling Beach - Goa And India had an island too!! 8. Islands - Andaman & Nicobar islands, Lakshadweep I hopu will now understand why I was saying that😂😂

Id like to see like a bunch of people or youtubers or something racing from one tip of India to the other and doing challenges along the way, imagine starting off in the foothills of the tallest mountains on Earth, passing through snowing valleys, pine forests, rainforests, thick jungles, plains and crop fields, large and small cities, rural villages, deserts, green hills, beaches, rivers, temples, palaces and so much more until you reach the Southernmost tip of India, where you realise thats not actually the Southernmost point of India! You still have islands to see ;)

The mountain range in Dharamshala is called the Dauladhar Range, its not as high as the actual Himalayas but obviously extremely high nonetheless lol. Behind the Dauladhar range is the Chamba Valley, and behind that is the actual Greater Himalayan range. Reo Purgyil, the highest peak in Himachal Pradesh state is just below 7000 metres. Also i realised every other Himalayan state actually has a higher peak lol.
The Himalaya mountain's views are many beautiful from the sky. Amazing the different that places of India. Kashmir places are falling in the Amazing this watching from Northeast India.
I am a local. It takes me about 2.5 hours to reach Triund with 15 kg bagpack. I have crossed over to Chamba and into the Pir Panjal range many times and it is quite an experince. Next time if you visit after Monsoon, you can try doing Indrahar Pass from snow line onwards

If it's possible then please visit andaman and nicobar island🏝, one of most beautiful beaches are there, untouched nature, Cristal clear blue water and also the world's last untouched, ancient, uncivilized tribe in there, so you can't go there😅 but andaman and nicobar is going to impress you, there has many things to explore whether it's sault water crocodiles, forests, many islands, deers, 🤔light house! 😁 I just want to say give it a visit.
I don't think its a good idea to put tent in random places without research. I hope you done that . Look we are billion people not all are same and india has many wild animals including leopards , snow leopards etc ...
We have shit cities but beautiful mountains, bigger than Alps... That sums up India.. When I retire from my shith*le job, I will settle somewhere there in top of those mountain...

We camped with a company called Manu Adventures that has a campsite on the mountain already. It was really well organized and very safe :)
