It looks like a regen problem where the car attempts to clean every 450miles for exactly 10mins then clears or stops shaking, the car blows out black soot when it is going through this cycle then clears when cycle stops. If like mine you will probably find a vacuum pipe has split or perished which stops the air dowser to open causing the car to suffocate. in my case the both vacuum pipe was split and also the vacuum solenoid faulty (blocked) possible due to the split pipe sucking in road dust. the vacuum solenoid that operated the air dowser air intake flaps is located on top of the air conditioning compressor pump this is where the pipe was also found to be split. 2.0HDi RHR FAP on 360K miles still solid
Hope you solved your problem. The old Peug is still running and only used now for back up, the old girl is on 398K and sadley its worth nothing and all still original (except normal service parts). Recently I had to take it into a dealer for a wishbone bush, he looked at the clock 4 times as he though he had written the milage down wrong 🤣🤣and then compained the box was not enough to write the milage in or enough pages within the service book :-)
Mismo problema, tras mucho revisar todo, RESUELTO. el problema viene del manguito de la tubería de vacio o depresión esta junto al compresor de aire acondicionado hasta es BYPASS de entrada de aire, este manguito se raja y no hace vacío en la válvula correspondiente, dejando sin entrada de aire al motor. No registra el fallo en el ordenador y sucede entre 900-1000km,con la regeneración del fap. solucion :sustitución del manguito que es simplemente una tubería de goma de 3cm ,el que se jode normalmente tiene un anillo blanco
yo tuve ese problema y al final fue un tuvo pequeño que esta abajo a la izquierda en la mariposa..lo quite estaba un poco rajado lo cambie y perfecto..perdia aire por ese tuvo..por eso que cada vez que regeneraba me daba tirones y mucho humo
Amigo esa falla es por la egr el motor se esta ahogando con los gases de escape si desconectas esa valvula el motor andara parejo el enchufe esta sobre el turbo donde termina ese tubo plateado

Electrovalvulas pierburg hay dos la de debajo es la que controla la mariposa de regeneration cuoando el motor regenera ciera la compuerta principal la de ariba i abre la de abajo para que el motor alcance las temperatura optima para regenerar por eso cuando chitas el tubo de ariba el motor vuelve a la normalidad porque la compuerta se abre al sacar el tubuito.O puedes tener los tubos rajados i asi la electrovalvula no hace el vacio i no actua.A mi me ha pasado lo mismo i lo solucione con eso espero ajudar

Hello! I had the same problem, chech your vacuum lines, notice when you unpluged vacuum from air intake manifold that goes from intercooler that the engine was working fine....You have a problem with vacuum line of other air intake manifold, direct one....

You have a hole in one of your depressure pipes so the hot air cold air throttle regulator can not hold open... Under the alternator you have a brown Solenoid valve is obstructed or tired... You can see it in my video here :ruclips.net/video/dmDKnCHTNl0/видео.html
i have same problem but without smoke. Is it solenoid brown valve to? (Without pipe in, works ok..i drive with pipe out n blocked with screw) if i put back in...start work rough.. or is it normal and need to left 15min to work like that n self will repair maybe some regeneration
@@100janosky_3 electrovalves must all be plugged in... If it doesn't work well when you start the engine with engine cold means your admission pipe is broken.. I showed admission pipe in other video... Check my other videos.. Plug everything and see what happens.. Regeneration is only every 600 km

@@100janosky_3 you must check your connection of all your hose.. From the 2 electrovalves under alternator going to butterfly intake before admission.. It will Bd more easy to find why.. Sometimes sensors are dead like air pressure or temperature on the air admission etc

Why are you unplugging all wires? You probably have a bad egr, or a faulty sensor. The best way is to put Lexia/PP2000 on it to find what's wrong.
