      @@The-righteous-will-prevail This company has the most ridiculous listings lool. I saw a listing for a 200m^2 apartment going for 50 million birr. I live in Toronto which literally has one of the most expensive real estate markets in the world and an apartment like that would be something like 800k CAD which is even cheaper despite being on a much higher standard especially when it comes to finishing, location, amenities, etc... Unfortunately, interior design in Ethiopia is a bit outdated and most homes give off an 80s or 90s feel. Despite all this, companies like this feel like they can charge an absurd amount of money for moderate houses. But I guess there's always an oblivious person with money willing to pay whatever.
