Damn. If it weren't for the main disc access issue, I'd say this bag would be perfect for me. It's exactly what I want at that price point, but I think that's a deal breaker. Very interested if you can find better for the money Doth!
I keep this thing jam packed and while it was a little annoying at first i found a good angle and force and try to take my putters out while moving multiple discs
Thanks for the service to the game Doth. Very puzzling how DGA, one of the oldest disc golf companies, doesn't understand how to make a disc compartment opening on a bag, especially since they're entering into a market where multiple companies have already figured it out. I was thinking that if you don't use the top pockets maybe access would be easier, but the disc pokes into that grey stitched TVRS label that's just part of the bag's skeleton, so even if you keep the top pockets empty and pull the front flap back over the top pockets it'll still be tight
I think you nailed that review. Got one for my wife last year and she loves it. She does not pack it full of discs so the main opening is not a big issue. I have not noticed the tipping over issue and she hasn’t complained about it either. For the price range it is definitely a solid bag.
looks like a great starter bag or casual round bag / trunk bag, so youve always got discs to throw. I just got an infinte slinger v1 bag cause it was on sale when i got a few new discs on infinite. Its super nice for having a small easy to carry and store bag with just enough room for enough discs to play a decent round. I need to get a second Mitten Bag or another dry bag to put in it.
I have watched a bunch of reviews by you but do you release an overall rating system for them? Some kind of spreadsheet with scores to say what is the top bags that you have reviewed? What do you walk around with? I am a new player looking for a nice bag, I don't want a starter bag, I want something that I will still enjoy carrying after I have been playing a few years. Cost really isn't a concern, I did buy the Fossa Skinny 2.3 and I don't really like the construction at all, it just seems cheap.
What would you recommend in the 80 dollar range? I’m liking the lat 64 core bag because of how easy it looks to get discs out of the main pocket, doesn’t look like there’s places for the water bottles and stuff I keep on me though
you should really check out the new westside backpack in this pricerange. it surprised me a bit :D im liking it so much im using it as a daily backpack for non discgolf stuff too hehe! very nice and comfy casual bag.
No eta for now. I was asked to ship away the proto Frid to one of their team players and I was not even compensated for shipping. I am waiting for my production version of the Frid to arrive and then I will check it out.
Went looking for the Doth Channel in my sub list today and was really confused! Found you though. Looking forward to the next video!
Eagerly awaiting the next video!
Another great review Doth!
Thanks for the review, Doth! Super informative as always!

You should do a review on the Discology OG bag.

Can you do a review on the new Westside Noble backpack?
Gateway Apex were AMAZING drivers, I really wish they hadn't discontinued the mold.

Chill beats
Any ETA on the full review of FRID? :)

Any chance for a review of the Handeye Civilian bag?
The Excursion pack would be a good comparison for this!
What's the best bag option that is small, 10 to 12 disc capacity, lightweight, backpack straps, not a single shoulder strap, comfortable.
