I think I want to live in a village, it's easy and stress free. City life is expensive and full of dramas. Those people just drank water from the flowing stream and they are okay, that is a sign of good health. City people are weak, always getting sick and going to the hospitals, but these people don't get that sick often. City food is just poison, but village food is super healthy and free of poison.

Beautiful place. It seems to me that the large river has been polluted by oil run off; possibly from South Sudan ;this being the north western part of Kenya. Not sure the people should be drinking that water untreated.
This river has no oil pollution at all, the red color of the river is due to red soil it washes off as it flows, and mixing some of it with dark soil hence making it look like pollution. Is it safe to drink from that river yes or no, boiling before drinking definitely much safer!
