It is at this point where there is a problem, the list of scheduled post to choose form only contains 9 posts and the first two are "scheduled" but the other 7 in the list are already live???? Thank you! There are two possible solutions for this: 1. Go to Settings > Messenger > Refresh Permissions. This might work and after it, it could be that it shows all of your scheduled posts. 2. Use the "Custom" tab instead of "Scheduled Posts" and paste the Facebook Post ID. You can find a quick tutorial on how to find that here: support.shoppop.com/faqs-and-troubleshooting/troubleshooting/facebook-post-ids. I must say that Manychat doesn't recommend this way of connecting, but it might work. If any of those doesn't help, feel free to reach out to info@chatimize.com! Yes, you can set this up with Ads. You can also set it up for "All Posts" and then only use that specific keyword in your Ads (and not other Posts). Then, you can set the Comment Trigger to "All Posts" and your specific keyword.

Nope, it won't affect that. The only thing that changes when you set the Manychat Role to Primary, is that all messages in the Facebook Page Inbox are set to Done. So if you are using the Facebook Page Inbox, it's good to be aware of this.

You can see it inside Contacts, and then go to the particular contact. If you want to send emails, you can set up the Email channel by going to Settings > Email.

The Manychat e-mail sender does not allow attached files. Only images. So how do you actually send any free gift such as .pdf file as an e-mail attachment through Manychat?
I don't add it as an email attachment. I put it on my website or Google Drive, and then add a Manychat button that opens the URL to my website / Drive.

Then I recommend reaching out to Manychat Support, they can have a loot at more advanced logs we cannot see in the Manychat account ourselves.

That isn't because of Manychat. It's because of the rules of Facebook. You will have this with any other chat platform.

Why growth tools not appear on my dashboard?
Manychat changed the interface, so you don't have a Growth Tools section anymore. You can only see Triggers at the start of each automation.

Add another trigger to your flow with “User sends a direct message”. Set this trigger to the same words and it will work.
