Can ottocynclis live with discus fish? Can they take the heat?

Yes, Otocinclus can live with Discus fish, but you'll need to ensure the water conditions are ideal for both. Otocinclus can handle the higher temperatures that Discus prefer (around 26-30°C or 79-86°F). Just make sure to maintain excellent water quality and provide plenty of hiding spots for your Otos.
