Sounds wonderful, I bet your house smells great too! I'm assuming you bake the bread with the lid on? Sort of a Dutch Oven effect? Or lid off, just using the pan to get the shape?
@TikkiOOO it does make the house smell great especially on a cold winter day. This was my first time using the Pullman load pan. I kept the lid closed. I was surprised by the result. It took the shape of the square bread you would buy at the store. However it taste much better and without all those preservatives.
Sounds like something I'll have to try. It was cold here today, 3 degrees F. Probably much colder where you are. So baking warms up the kitchen and is very comforting on a cold winter day. Thanks for the comment!
@TikkiOOO yes it was extremely cold 🥶 today. If you try it, I'll look forward to the video. I'm sure you will like it, if you make sandwiches. Have a Merry Christmas and happy New Year.
If you keep the ratio of dry and wet ingredients you can change a few things. Sometimes I add 1/2 cup cornmeal and leave out that much flour. Or instead of water I will use whey or part yogurt and the rest water. Do to my altitude I do not bake in my bread machine, I use the dough cycle and bake in the oven. Most bread machines the wheat cycle kneads the dough for longer.
Afternoon Tikki Hope all is well. I'm currently baking bread on my new Pullman load pan. I use the bread machine to knead the dough.

Great tips, I wonder how the cornmeal changes the texture, is it more grainy?
@ it does give it a slight sandy texture and make the bread more yellow
like a corn muffin? Sounds like a nice change when you want something different. Thanks for sharing!
