The below is my views on 3D Post Office, 3D Printing & other 3D Tech that i experimented, see if that gives you any ideas to explore in this direction:- 3 years ago or so i was exploring getting into 3D printing but even then we had so many 3D Printers in Mumbai that i dropped the idea. But one of my colleagues got into it & virtually posts every now & then photos of a new 3D Print job he does whether Medical or Sculptures. Post Office was big project and only L& T could have managed it & they would have had best 3D Printer for any construction related job. IIT Prof was representing Govt to help them understand the benefits of Tech & evaluating Techno-commercial proposal from L&T is what i gather. Even otherwise L& T would not agree to another Professional Co like Tata or another construction Major to evaluate their proposal. It would then become conflict of interest. Maybe when you come to India whenever that would be we can gift you both your 3D Print Sculpture!!. Before 3D Printing there was 3D lenticular Printing. If 3D interests you then you can also check out 3D Stereoscopy & 3D Auto-Stereoscopy. I also did POC (proof of concept) for 3D Stereoscopic video streaming to a 3D Laptop & 3D anaglyph video streaming to mobiles/PC that did not support 3D display, which is the case i guess even today. That was as early as days of 3G N/w. But due to lack of penetration of 3D devices be it PC/Laptop, Mobiles or TV, the services did not see the light of day. 3 years ago or so i was exploring getting into 3D printing but even then we had so many 3D Printers in Mumbai that i dropped the idea. But one of my colleagues got into it & virtually posts every now & then photos of a new 3D Print job he does whether Medical or Sculptures. Post Office was big project and only L& T could have managed it & they would have had best 3D Printer for any construction related job. IIT Prof was representing Govt to help them understand the benefits of Tech & evaluating Techno-commercial proposal from L&T is what i gather. Even otherwise L& T would not agree to another Professional Co like Tata or another construction Major to evaluate their proposal. It would then become conflict of interest. Maybe when you come to India whenever that would be we can gift you both your 3D Print Sculpture!!. Before 3D Printing there was 3D lenticular Printing. If 3D interests you then you can also check out 3D Stereoscopy & 3D Auto-Stereoscopy. I also did POC (proof of concept) for 3D Stereoscopic video streaming to a 3D Laptop & 3D anaglyph video streaming to mobiles/PC that did not support 3D display, which is the case i guess even today. That was as early as days of 3G N/w. But due to lack of penetration of 3D devices be it PC/Laptop, Mobiles or TV, the services did not see the light of day. Teethwal, just across on Kishanganga River bang on LOC , has become a tourist destination after the construction of Sharda Peeth temple and Gurdwara . One of Pakistani you tubers, who was filming in that area, was commenting that Bharat has constructed a temple there to change the demography of the place, how stupid one can be, that joker didn't have an idea that the ancient Sharda Peeth is situated in POK and this temple is just replica of that ancient temple to revive the heritage, and ancient culture of Kashmir.
We Indians can build the most beautiful temples, the grandest mosques and Gurudwaras and towering churches and sprawling Buddhist monasteries --- because of the simple fact that WE ARE BUILDERS and not DESTROYERS
