Great idea! Can't wait to make these. I have never seen these lasagna noodles before. Never thought to look in the refrigerator section, or freezer. Perfect size for rollups.

Yum..Yum and Yum.. this looks absolutely delicious 😋 I am going to add this recipe to my Rick and Kathy cookbook. I write down your recipes in a notebook so when I go to the store I can buy the ingredients. I had to laugh when Kathy asked about the next recipe to share and you said Spaghetti and Meatballs.. I could eat that every day 🍝..this would be my weekly menu.. Pizza..Spaghetti and Meatballs.. Cheese Steak.. Ribeye steak..Fajitas/Tacos..grilled hamburgers/hotdogs 😋 Kathy’s voice is so calming.. your channels are my favorites 🤗

Y’all remind me of our household. I would enjoy the meat lasagna roll ups and my wife loves veggie lasagna. This looks like a lot less work than making a pan of lasagna. Will definitely give this a try! Thanks. I’d like to see your spin on pasta con broccoli. Great dish I used to get when I lived near The Hill in St Louis.

Enjoyed this video. Turned this into low carb-Keto by using Egglife wraps and tried both the meat type and the veggie type. Used a low carb sauce, Rao’s. Delicious and keeps me on my lower carb way of eating. Did use those Egglife wraps for a nice lasagna, too using mini meatballs, cheeses and sauce. This recipe is very tasty and versatile!❤

Could’ve put the sauce in the pans before the pasta like when you make lasagna. But it looks good
Yes, we thought about it, but there was a lot of liquid from the veggies and sauce on top. It bubbled down to the bottom too. Thanks for your comment!
I was afraid the lasagna rolls were going to stick to the bottom but it didn't. When I make these I will be putting some sauce on the bottom on the pan first. Just my habit.

We thought about the hot logic for this one, but the pasta sheets might be better baked in the sauce at a higher temperature, but you could try it!
